House Services Ltd will work in partnership with the client to ensure that the objectives set down in the client's Hygiene Policy statement are achieved. Once the required standards have been agreed by the client, S.G.A. & the chemical supplier, a comprehensive Hygiene Management System needs to be put in place. The Client Hygiene Management System includes detailed specifications of the cleaning tasks, provision of the appropriate numbers of adequately trained and supervised staff, and auditing systems to ensure that the agreed standards have been achieved. The Client Hygiene Management System Manual also includes C.O.S.H.H. assessments for the cleaning materials used on site, instructions for Safe Working Practice, training matrix for site Hygiene Technicians and copies of self-audit and third party audit reports. S.G.A. will monitor and audit systems on a regular basis to minimise the risk of failure.
